• Prices are displayed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) or local currency, as applicable, and are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is processed by secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Hotmart, Stripe, PagSeguro); we do not store your payment card details
• Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and access instructions via email within 24 hours
• All transactions are subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• JSM reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment errors

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, no questions asked
• Refund requests must be submitted to contato@jsmservicos.online with your order details
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
• After the 7-day window, refunds will not be issued except in cases of technical failure on our part
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension

Intellectual Property
